Our fitness center is a great place to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The fitness center is open to Center members for $30 per quarter. Under the direction of Dawn Davis, Health, Wellness and Programs Manager, we also offer FREE aerobics classes for members, as well as a wide variety of affordable fitness classes for members and non-members. These group fitness classes offer something for everyone and takes the drudgery out of exercise, making it fun to get fit. In addition, the abundance of health and lifestyle information that we provide keeps you well-informed so you can live well and age well. All fitness classes are offered to members at a reduced price.
AEROBICS CLASSES - FOR MEMBERS ONLY
Our members enjoy free aerobics classes which are offered for all fitness levels. There is no pre-registration required for aerobics classes, however, space is limited so all classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Before starting any fitness classes, our fitness staff will provide you a free fitness assessment test which will allow us to recommend the right level of class that will best meet your needs. Assessments take approximately 15 minutes to complete and are available daily in the Fitness Center from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Chair Aerobics: 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Power Aerobics: 7:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m.
Intermediate I Aerobics: 8:30 a.m. to 9:20 a.m.
Intermediate II Aerobics: 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. |
